I am really bad at doing reviews, but I felt that it was necessary after today. With 4 big dogs and a hectic lifestyle, we were in desperate need for help keeping up with cleaning the yard of dog waste! I have been super impressed with Clean Yard. The techs have always been amazing and ensure our gate is shut so we don't have escaped pooches (was always my big fear and hesitation). Today, we had a tech easily navigate one of our dogs being left outside who refused to come in when I left to take the kids to school. Not only did he navigate the situation with ease- he played with my dog and he offered to refill his water to ensure he was safe. Joshua clearly cares about what he does- for the dogs and the families he works for. I am grateful I took the plunge and did this! Seriously, do it...you will not regret it! ~ Jen C

We started with Clean Yard because my husband and I both became physically unable to clean up the yard due to sudden health changes. The intention was to stay with them for a couple months and then cancel because budgets are very real here. It was odd at first to allow someone into the yard without us and we have missed a couple pick ups. Every time I have needed to speak to them or they reach out prior to arriving, the tech on site and the office has been really kind and considerate of our situation. We now have a great system in place to make sure we don't miss appts and that the yard is well secured after their visit. We have 3 large dogs... you know that isn't something to be missed for a long time and Clean Yard has totally become part of our regular routine. Thankful I saw their sign one day and followed through with calling. ~ Kimberly P

I have two large dogs and it's a lot of work to keep the yard clean, but I don't ever have to worry anymore with Clean Yard. I love the texts that come before they arrive so I know when not to let my dogs outside and the text after that shows my gate is closed and the clean up is done. The price is also extremely great for the service -- I highly, highly recommend these folks. They've never missed an appointment and I've had other services before that aren't reliable. I never have to worry with these folks, even if the weather isn't great. They find a way, even if it's switching up the schedule but they never leave me with having to do the job myself, which is extremely hard with my back injury. ~ Jessica C

Yard Clean is awesome!!! They take pride in the pooping scooping. They are very detailed and always leave the yard so clean. They send a text when they are on their way. And a picture of the gate locked up afterwards. I also have to commend and give 5 stars to their customer service and communication. It's not everyday you can text the number and get a "right then response" let alone a response from an actual person not AI or or a virtual assistant agent. This company goes above and beyond their services and keeps a very tight open communication !!!! You will not be disappointed by clean yard. And fyi I found the company as it popped up on my Facebook feed one day and I was a little skeptical... but I did an inquire and was amazed from the first communication and even more after their first initial visit. The men I’ve talked to have been amazing. They’re super responsive, incredibly nice, and the service is worth every penny. I canceled briefly because we thought we were moving… huge mistake. I learned real fast that I don’t have time to play poop detective every day. They clean everything AND sanitize the yard, and ever since they started coming, my backyard doesn’t smell like dogs live here (and they do). An amazing company! They are so friendly and professional! They are great at communicating as well. We had to split our backyard in 2 with a fence which I completely forgot to tell them about but the technician gave me a call and communicated what he had already done and ask for clarity if he needed to do the other side of the fence which was amazing. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I never thought I’d be THIS excited about a dog poop pick-up service but here we are 😂 These guys are absolute lifesavers. Clean yard has done an excellent job cleaning my yard every week. They are consistently on time and I always receive text messages when they are finished with a picture of my closed gate for reassurance. Customer service has also been great. They do such a wonderful job. The yard is completely clean no poop left. They also take a picture of my gate being closed before they leave. The best thing is the give you updates on the way to your house so if your dog is outside the text will say 30 minutes away then 15 then at your house. We love clean yard! Our dog recently had ACL surgery, and they have made backyard leash walks much more pleasurable. I no longer have to constantly watch where I step. They have been here a few times. Each time they let me know that they are in route, when they arrive, & when they are leaving. The technician is very personable and actually loves on your fur babies. The service is superb and the communication is awesome. There are automated reminders so you can coordinate letting your dogs out before they arrive, and a text confirmation with a picture of the gate securely closed when they leave. Love my new service…. Best gift I ever gave my husband. We have 2 large dogs and a small to medium back yard…. It gets cleaned on Fridays and mowed on Mondays! My husband loves it, the mowers love it and so do I. In fact I would give up the mowers to keep them! The poop patrol is worth every penny! ~ Lorri C

Clean yard has been AMAZING!!! They have been the biggest help to us during my post partum. It’s been so good knowing they’re coming each week and not only do they just come- they text us before hand so I can make sure the dogs are inside and then they close the gate for us as well. Called for help with backyard cleaning due to dogs droppings it was Easy sign up with payment options. After they came the first time I walked out back and wow was our yard clean!
